You and your coach have an initial short phone conversation to establish both the desired outcome(s) of the coaching and for the coach to give you guidelines in preparation for the first session. Mindfulness coaching sessions are usually one hour in length, and initially weekly sessions are advised to establish important momentum.
Sessions of coaching are normally one hour in duration.
The initial session may be two hours to establish groundwork for the program.
Coaching programs can vary in length from 4, 6 or 12 sessions up to ongoing regular sessions.
Frequency can vary from weekly to fortnightly to monthly.
