Managing Stress and Overwhelm

Stress and overwhelm are words we all understand but can experience very differently. You can be stressed by many different things. Stressors may be physical, nutritional, lifestyle, mindset, systemic, interpersonal, behavioural, and cultural in nature. This is why dealing with stress effectively requires an individual/specific approach.


Coaching can assist you in identifying what’s bothering you and guide you into finding new and better ways to deal with the pressures you’re under. Being able to voice your concerns and having a skilled coach listen to you has proved invaluable to executives worldwide. It is no longer something that needs to be hidden. It’s now considered vital to be emotionally intelligent and look after your own wellbeing.

HOW THE COACHING WORKS


This coaching is specifically tailored to the types of situations involving the stressors and pressures that people have to work with. Practical techniques for dealing with these situations are explained and practised in role plays. Issues concerning fear or avoidance or depression are analysed and strategies developed to help you deal with these within a coaching framework.



DURATION OF COACHING


Sessions of coaching are normally one hour in duration.
The initial session may be two hours to establish groundwork for the program.
Coaching programs can vary in length from 4, 6 or 12 sessions up to ongoing regular sessions.
Frequency can vary from weekly to fortnightly to monthly.


DELIVERY AND LOGISTICS

  • Delivery can be face-to-face,  by phone, Zoom or Teams.
  • Most face-to-face delivery is held in Sydney.
  • Delivery of certain face-to-face sessions can be arranged in all States and Territories and New Zealand.
  • Group sessions can be arranged.
  • Session times and dates are arranged directly with your coach.
  • Coaching sessions are confidential if booked by individuals.
  • Corporate bookings receive an overview report of sessions and dates held.
